Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Biola Akinyemi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of N28 Consulting Limited, with over 15 years of experience across business strategy, operations management, technology consulting and digital transformation. His career includes senior roles and advisory engagements with UBS AG, Deloitte LLP and Markerstudy Group. At N28, he sets the firm's strategic direction and leads its mission to help organisations achieve sustainable growth, operational excellence and resilience. His leadership combines strategic vision, operational discipline and technical understanding, with a strong focus on translating complex business and regulatory challenges into structured, scalable solutions. Beyond consulting, he has experience in business building, capital raising and ecosystem development, including helping raise $3 million in funding for Wave5Wireless Limited.

Oluwakemi Odedeyi is a senior Human Capital and Operations Executive with over 15 years of experience in organisational performance, operational optimisation, governance strengthening and large-scale project delivery. She brings expertise in strategic operations management, enterprise HR systems, administrative governance, financial oversight, compliance and structured project delivery. Her experience includes workforce planning, executive recruitment, performance management systems, policy development and employee engagement. She has recruited, supervised and developed more than 200 professionals across multidisciplinary teams and has led multi-phase projects with budgets exceeding ₦300 million.
